On March 17, 2021, a video was posted online with the title "Inside Bob Saget's inappropriate relationship to the Olsen Twins". Saget was not involved in a sexual affair with the Olsens. The 24-minute clip contained footage from Bob's Comedy Central roast 2008, when celebrities were urged to make fun of him. The film also featured snippets from Gilbert Gottfried's segment where he mocked Bob's friendship with his twins, the Olsen twins. A lot of Twitter users "cancelled" popular 90s actor Saget when false allegations of his character were spread. Saget's involvement in Olsens's absence to the Netflix's Full House 2016 sequel was believed to be one of the reasons behind the false assertions. But the show's producers have already proven previously that this wasn't the situation. Ashley and Mary Kate have been the two one of the cast members that were not able to return on Full House, even though Candace Cameron Bure, John Phillip Stamos as well as others were reintroduced.
